Rip is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

Class designed to tone and sculpt the body using exercise balls, weights, and resistance bands. Great core workout!
This class uses MMA inspired training exercises with intervals of cardio to help you burn fat, build lean muscle and shred your abs. This is a 45 min class.
Class is designed for sculpting the body. Participants are give a body bar, handheld weights, Reebok step, and mat.
Have a group that wants Bootcamp? Our boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
Power Yoga takes yoga inspired movement and puts it into a traditional strength-training format, which will increase your strength, balance, and range of motion. The class will end with 15 minutes of deep stretches and a final relaxation to relieve any muscle tension and stress in the body. This is the perfect compliment to a Zumba workout!
